Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason for your cancellation.

The last day to cancel an order is 30 days from the date you received the items or from the date a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you need to inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

For items to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The items were purchased within the last 30 days

• The items are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized items.

• Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as those that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.

• Items that are unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

• Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the expenses and risks associated with returning items to us. Please send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. We cannot process a refund without receiving the items or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
